ABOUT ME.

I have been a registered nurse for over 40 years. My experience as an RN has primarily been in the operating room and caring for patients with heart attacks. Since retiring from hospital nursing, I have devoted much of my time to teaching CPR, First Aid, AED, and STOP THE BLEED classes. These classes prepare you to help save a life by performing a few simple and easy to learn steps. I have witnessed CPR practices evolve into practical methods that can save lives!
